Do we have to clean up ERP/CRM before starting?
No. The obligation to clean data is often triggered by automation — AI makes duplicates and inconsistencies visible. We start with data as is and build the cleanup process into the workflow.
Does AI leave the company or must it be cloud?
Both possible. For personal data or sensitive business cases we use locally hosted models on your infrastructure. For non-critical use cases we use cloud APIs only where DPA and data locality permit.
